Make up your own cipher and post it so others can be challenged. Your message must be long enough to be deciphered.
Below is one that I have made up. (Only the letters are the cipher.)
J D I ----- H F G T ----- K C ----- J A ----- C J G V J ----- J D I
N G J J F I ----- E K J D F ----- G T ----- G J J G U Y ----- A T
J D I ------ D K F F ----- J A ----- J D I ------ V K W D J ----- A P
J D I ------ J G F F ----- J V I I
HINTS FOR DECIPHERING MY MESSAGE
Each group of letters = 1 word
What's the most common 3 letter word ? Starts with a T
'A' is not a
Each word has a vowel (a, e, i, o, u )
Is there a vowel always before a repeated letter (like the 'e' before 'tt' in letter) ?

I've corrected it to read E=e.
just need some support and help
The above cipher isn't too difficult once you get the underlying idea.
I gave a seminar on deciphering at Jean's Holiday Seminars. To prepare I read a book by Simon Singh, 'The Code Book'. I could then quickly decipher the first cipher in his book, which has a cipher similar to that underlying the one above.
So get yourself a book that tells you how ciphers are created and the strategies used to decipher them. And you will learn some great history as well.
